My Suite Lisbon Serviced Apartments - Principe Real

We had a great stay at this apartment in Lisbon. The facilities were top-notch — everything was clean, spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped. The location is absolutely ideal: you’re just a short walk away from a lively area full of restaurants, and attractions, yet the apartment itself is tucked away in a quiet little street, so you’re not disturbed by any noise. It’s also very easy to access and well connected. Do keep in mind that parking is a bit tricky nearby, as the apartment is located in a narrow street, so you may need to park your car a short distance away — but this wasn’t a problem for us at all. All in all, it’s a beautiful place and we would definitely recommend it to anyone planning to explore Lisbon.

one of the best things about this place- and there are many things, like the room size, the cleanliness, the air conditioner [!!], the natural light!, and even the beds, which are more comfortable than I thought at first- is the STAFF. I was blessed to have the young lady which I hope to say her name right, called Letícia, as the one checking me in and she was a DREAM. very courteous, very helpful, so nice and cheerful and full of helpful tips. But every other staff member was just as nice. These things make all the difference.

Very clean, large, self catering apartment; comfortable bed with fine, cotton sheets; a good, continental breakfast brought to the room; close to the city nightlife full of bars and restaurants, but on a quiet street ensuring a good night’s sleep. Great staff, especially Maria who guided us so well, with a smile and a great deal of patience. We stayed for 6 nights and would definitely come again. Thank you.

The staff at My Suite Lisbon is absolutely incredible. They attended to our every need and went the extra mile. What really impressed me is that when we complained about noise created by a batchelorette group late at night, they not only talked to the group but had a security guard stay on the property the next night. (Needless to say that there was no noise!)

Our room was spacious and very bright- looking at the beautiful garden. Having catering facilities, kettle, dishwasher etc. was really helpful as we could start our day after having a good breakfast. The location was really good with great transport links. If we wanted to walk to centre, we could have, but having 2 little ones, we chose to take public transport, and we never had to wait longer than 2 minutes. Most important was the customer service- Cristiana was such a kind and lovely person who helped us with our check out times, offered solutions when our room was a bit noisy due to guests spending time in the garden late at night, and she was always there to offer solution, advice or a smiling welcome- so a huge thank you to her.
